Holistic House

The Natural Health Mission

Our mission is to revive the ways of life that cultivate vital, passionate, joyful, and strong people. We feel called to restore beauty and wisdom, in our bodies, our environments, and our communities. Beauty is health’s inherent state, and wisdom is necessary in the pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness. We are here to bring people back to honoring Nature and remembering that we are a part of Her. Our house is a wellness sanctuary intentionally designed to support our bodies in healing through natural therapeutic modalities, clean water, circadian lighting, low-EMFs & ethernet, nourishing foods, and rotating social education events.

We believe that the body is a perfect self-healing vessel, and that everything we need to heal and to thrive is in Nature or it is already inside of us. It is time to stop consenting to the corrupt modern systems, the toxins, and the lifestyles that are dimming our light. We desire to return to deep connection to our lands, growth of vibrant foods, abundant spirituality, strong fertility and family units, and decentralized systems.

We are here to create a space that is centered on education and empowerment, so that you can stand as a bright sovereign being amidst a community of love, trust, and support. They say it takes a village, and we agree. Life is meant to be shared, plus it’s a lot more fun this way.

Natural Health Consultations

Members enjoy a beautiful, health-supporting space to work and gather. We've intentionally designed the house with clean air, filtered water, circadian-friendly incandescent lighting, and low electromagnetic frequency (EMF)—including hardwired ethernet instead of WiFi. A whole-house water filtration system and air filtration run throughout, and grounded outdoor workspace is available and encouraged.

Holistic Co-working Space

Organic espresso drinks, cold brew, and tea—kept simple and sweet with raw honey and organic maple syrup.

Organic Beverage Bar

We will host a variety of different education sessions, talks, and wellness events, like breathwork. All will be centered around gathering, learning, and celebrating life and health. Tickets will be available to the public.

Community Events

Sauna

Members and day-pass holders enjoy access to our communal cedar barrel sauna. A sauna session offers deep, enveloping warmth and a sense of full-body relaxation—one of the oldest and most beloved traditions for unwinding, sweating, and gathering. It's a restorative ritual and a genuinely fire community experience.

Therapeutic, intentional physical touch to engage the fascia, ease tension, and invite deep relaxation. Several styles and add-ons are available: single session, prenatal/belly, and dry brushing. Castor oil packs can be added on.

Bodywork

An ancient practice of alternating warm and cool compresses wrapped in wool. A gentle, time-honored ritual many find soothing, grounding, and restorative…a quiet way to feel renewed.

Hydrotherapy

A cedar barrel cold tub for invigorating cold-water immersion. Cold exposure is a bracing, ancient practice that leaves many feeling refreshed and resilient. Alternating sauna and cold tub—contrast therapy—is a traditional ritual enjoyed for centuries.
