Salud is a community-based wellness sanctuary blending natural living with social connection. Members enjoy access to our low-EMF co-work space, organic espresso bar, private bodywork and consultation rooms, and elemental backyard circuit (sauna, cold tub, and garden oasis).
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW: Our sauna is communal and fits up to 14—booking for a group is easy, so grab your friends and reserve for the whole crew. The cold tub is a solo plunge, one at a time, just a few minutes each. Please come in a swimsuit or light clothing—it's required, not optional! Cotton towels are on us.
