About Us

Hannah Moore, ND, MS

This whole thing started with a girl and a pool.

I swam VERY competitively through high school (and by swam I mean lived and breathed chlorine for hours a day) — and thus earned a full scholarship to NC State University. It was there that I grew into an impressive athlete and led my women’s team, broke many school records (some still standing, hey!), and became a 5-time NCAA All-American. I also was a member of the U.S. National Team, both in the pool and for Open Water. I traveled the world competing in 10km racing (which is also known as “Marathon Swimming”)— just barely missing out on qualifying for the Olympic Team in 2020, but going on to receive a World Championship medal in the 5k in South Korea in 2019 (and discovered my love of fermented foods). One of my proudest moments and the pinnacle of my endurance swimming career.

But here's what no medal could teach me: discipline alone doesn’t equal vitality. Oof.
Swimming definitely forged my inner masculine. I was all grit, power, drive. But I was without a menstrual cycle for years and years with wicked insomnia and anxiety patterns. And it took me years after this to learn that-healing demanded that I reclaim the feminine. I had to unlearn so much. I lacked the soft, the cyclical, the earthy, the restorative.

Everything shifted when I started to learn about real food and natural medicine.

I earned my Bachelor’s in Human Nutrition and went on to complete a Master’s in Human Physiology at NC State while I was still swimming professionally for the United States National Team. But I knew the real education wouldn’t come from textbooks, it would come from nature.

So I began my doctoral studies in natural medicine, where I received my ND degree from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon in June 2025. This included four long years of classroom and clinical education, and many grueling hours spent learning anatomy and physiology and which herbs, foods, homeopathic remedies, or bodywork techniques suited healing it.

After much study, I find myself here with you. And even now, with years of “science” behind me, I still feel like I have so much to learn.

The decentralized and nature-based schools of thought I found along the way really shaped my vast interest in learning about energy beyond what even “modern medicine” teaches us. And now I take a Venusian approach to healing, especially for women. We must nourish ourselves, learn how to eat, learn how to gently detox, and fix our environments….these are the pillars of restoring the beauty that is within you.

I believe we heal when we realign with nature. Sunlight before screens, real raw foods over medications.

And I’m still deep in it. Still going inward. Still peeling back the layers. The work isn’t linear. I don’t think I’ll ever stop learning. That’s why working with me will probably always look DIFFERENT.

I pull from a wild, inspired toolkit: nutrition is huge (what are you eating?), circadian biology, home environment, herbalism, terrain theory, homeopathy, somatic dialogue, minerals, Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda. I see the body as a vessel for spirit, the symptoms as messages, and nature as the original physician.

I’m not here to “fix” you.
I’m here to help you remember.

Come walk with me.

The first two decades of my life were also centered greatly around competitive swimming. I followed Hannah to NC State University on a full-ride scholarship and competed at a very high level during my collegiate years. I held team records in various events, became a 2 time ACC Champion, 2 time competitor at U.S. Olympic Trials, and a 5 time NCAA All-American. Throughout this physically demanding sport, I managed to maintain a very balanced state of being. I had strong health which I credit to my strong sense of purpose, great relationships, tight-knit community, and high levels of joy, laughter, and fun. I had no real understanding of food or toxins, and I had little to no education on my body, other than the fact that I could swim very well with it (But fitness does not equal health!) And we are much much more than a physical body. I also had no real connection or understanding of Nature. It wasn’t until my post-college years that brought challenges to my health that led to me cultivating who I am, what I believe, what matters to me, and what I feel called to create in my life.

I received a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering and a Master’s degree in Textile Engineering. I spent the first two years of post-college life as a textile engineer for a company based in Brooklyn, New York focusing on sustainable textile development for clothing. Moving to New York City was the start of my rapid, self-taught health/life education and my fundamental disbelief in the corporatacracy and the materialism view of our world. I went from being completely healthy to an extreme insomniac sleeping two hours a night and a cycle that disappeared for years. Living in the “greatest city in the world” just kept blatantly showing me how wrong we were doing life, yet everyone just keeps going along with it miserably as if there’s “nothing we can do about it”. I couldn’t understand why people accepted a way of life that was so dependent on broken systems and so disconnected from Nature. What was being normalized was dumbing us down and furthering us from autonomy and true meaning in life. It was furthering us from health and from real knowledge and skills.

This was my wake-up call on different elements of health related to vitality of food, how light and frequency rules this realm and our biology, the dangers of technology, the age of toxins, the importance of environment and living space, access and sincere relationship with the natural world, necessity of community and deep relationships, autonomy over time and energy, pursuit of true purpose, the meaning of feminine energy, and a connection to God.

My relentless need to align with Truth and to stop going along with the systems that were built on lies and fraud and complacency caused me to quit corporate life and solo travel for self discovery and expansion. I began to understand that the world is built and survives on false stories and narratives. Coupled with distraction, ignorance, programmed beliefs, and scarcity mindset.

Yet God has given us everything we need. In Nature and in our bodies- and both are capable of total regeneration. We have become disillusioned from this Truth. You are more worthy and powerful than you are made to believe. Unlearning allows us to remember.

My understanding of life and my spirituality exponentially developed through studying hermeticism, natural law, American common law, terrain theory, esoteric works, study of water/elements, fascia and somatics, circadian biology, cosmology and energy.

I am here to live life unpasteurized and unincorporated. To help create change through my own choices and through cultivating a lifestyle and community that demonstrates a real alternative. I am here to co-create children that will be better than myself and will not have any alleged authority or enslavement systems interfering with their innate divinity.

Where you place your consent is everything, this realm is based on energetic contracts. When you choose to uncontract with the systems and ways of life that do not serve you, you are creating space to breathe Truth into existence. I am here to be a creator, a steward. To return beauty and coherence to our minds, bodies, and souls. To return to sovereignty, Nature, and to simplicity.
